We are living in a busy world that some time we tend to forget to connect with our body.


Finding hard to connect with your body? Try this…


  1. Place your hands on each side of your lower ribs cages

  2. Take a breath in… notice the rise of your ribs cages

  3. As you breath out … notice the fall of your ribs cages


In the next 30 sec to few minutes…


I encourage you to notice the rise and fall of your ribs cages, also, take a moment to slow down your breaths.


This time, as you take a breath in … notice the expansion for your ribs cages


As you breath out …


🧘🏻 Notice the collapse of your ribs cages


🧘🏻 Notice the spaces between our ribs cages as well inhale


🧘🏻 Notice the temperature underneath both of hands, is it the same of both side? Or different?


Did you know?. As we breath in, our diaphragm contracts and pulls downward …


This time, as your take a breath in …


🧘🏻 Notice the contraction of the diaphragm as it pulls downwards


🧘🏻 Notice the relaxation of your diaphragm as its let go of the tension during exhalation.



Next time, when you find hard of reconnecting to our body especially when you have something in our mind that is bothering us, I invite you repeat the above breathing routine and connect with your body. It is not about how hard we push our breath out as we exhale, as our diaphragm relax and letting go its tension our exhalation follows.
