Appreciate the sophistication of our nervous system

This picture illustrates the sophistication of our nervous system in our skull, that sometime, symptoms such as toothache or jaw discomfort, can be related from a restriction from the nerve which is further away from the site of pain.

For instance, TMJ dysfunction, teeth clenching, or electrical like pain along the jaw, can be due to possible compression/irritation of one of the twelve cranial nerves, trigeminal nerve.

Nerves are like web of numerous power cables, carrying electrical signal throughout our body. It love to glide but not a big fan of being compressed. Any mild compression or swelling can cause irritation, resulting discomfort and pain.

While sufficient hydration promotes nerve health and its electrical communication, it is time to free up the site of compression. Let’s offer space for the nerves to move and glide healthily again from neuromeningeal and Inteholistic perspectives now.
